Hi
Pessible causes, units and registration districts: -
GOUK, John Annandale; CLARKE, Christopher Arthur & WIGGLESWORTH, Derek - Sgt - were killed whilst flying in Anson I, N5373 of No 1 (O) AFU, which was lost over the Irish Sea.
WAAF
TUXWORTH, Joyce Elizabeth - LACW - registered Grimsby
ALGERIA
NOAKES, Benjamin Joseph - Sgt - 544 Sqn
EGYPT
PATTERSON, Robert Fields - LAC - 21 Personnel Transit Centre.
ISRAEL
SHEPHERD, Percy William - LAC - 120 Maintenance Unit
INDIA
FOALE, Kenneth Arthur - LAC - 357 Wireless Unit
MALTA
WREN, Charles Christopher - F/Sgt & FENWICK, William Peter - LAC - were probably killed whilst flying in Defiant I, DS152 of No 21 AACU, which disappeared on a flight between Takoradi and Lagos.
SIERRA LEONE
BILTCLIFFE, William Edward - LAC - RAF Jui.
Biltcliffe is a DOAS, CasCom 321
Noakes is DOAS in CaSCom 323
Shepherd and Patterson DOAS in CAS Com 324,
Cannot find Foale in the 1943 magazines or early 1944 for now.
Tuxworth also cannot be found.

An extra little tool folks to speed things along.
At this link where I keep the consolidated Flight Service Aviation pages.
http://skynet.ie/~dan/war/flightsa/
I have transcribed the DIED ON ACTIVE SERVICE names from the Dec 1943 magazines to end of June 1944.
The format of names is as per the magazines so if when searching, search for A. B. Surname, i.e. the initials have full stops after them.
I also copied across all the WAAF names from that seven months.
The new file is at this link:
http://skynet.ie/~dan/war/flightsa/1944-1%20DOAStranscription.pdf
Who knows, I may add the KOAS names at some stage.
