Default Imshi: A Fighter Pilot's Letters To His Mother by Ernest Mitchelson Mason anyone have

Does anyone have this book please - Ernest Mitchelson Mason was in Egypt/Palestine in 1938/1939 and I know the book has some mention of his time there. I was just wondering/hoping if it mentioned anything on the two 1938 33 Sqn bale outs in 1938 - I now have the ORB for the period and it does not add anything to what I have posted

    Many Thanks

    Paul,

l have checked my copy of "IMSHI" (London:W.H.Allen,1943). The period, June - December, 1938, is covered in pages 12-51. There is no mention of any bale-outs. Mason was at No.4 FTS, Abu Sueir, initially, then went to No.45 Sqn (on Wellesleys), and later to No.80 Sq. No mention of No.33 Sqn., at all.
