Default Suggested Resource for FAA Naval Enlisted Personnel 1939/1040

Can anybody suggest an website/resource etc so I can id a couple of Enlisted FAA/Royal Navy personnel or even like Air 78!

    Problem 1

on November 25th 1939 two Swordfish of 810 Sqn collided over South Atlantic (serials P4009 and L2774) I have full details 5 of 6 crew, except "AB. W. Freik" who is believed to have jumped from 2000 feet into the water without parachute and survived. I cannot find anyone with a name remotely like this

    Problem 2

In early 1940 (Maybe January 1940) two FAA aircrew baled out of a aircraft (dunno when or where) they were

Mid Derek John Weddell Williams later Killed 17.11.1943 810 Squadron FAA
Signaller A/G M J Norbury - Maybe Maurice J Norbury ? but he was on a Pre war TAG Course

Can anyone suggest the full name for M J Norbury? and also maybe an incident which caused them to bale out? I do not know where Mid Derek John Weddell Williams was serving at the time

    Many Thanks

    Paul

I suspect SHEPHERD, George H, Act/Petty OfficerAirman, C/JX 137529, of 759 Sqn, Raven killed in this incident (buried Sheffield) but with Death Registered at Christchurch Qtr 1 1940 = so can anyone supply additional crew details and Skua Id?

    Ignore.. Skua Crew = 2 not 3!

If anyone can put Williams at 771 Sqn it would seal the deal
