Default British members of Laviolette crew 103 Sqdn 1944.Dec.-1945.May

    Looking for info on:

    Sgt B. Robinson (Flight Engineer)
    Flt/Sgt H.A. Young (Wireless Operator)

103 ORB does not list Service Numbers of British aircrew
(refer to crew-list from 1945.May at bottom of post).

I have some info on Flt/Sgt R. Todd (Bomb Aimer)
but any additional info you may have on Todd won't hurt.

    Hello Grounded?

Your previous post on H A Young is at this link,
    http://www.rafcommands.com/forum/showthread.php?15268-Flt-Sgt-H.A.-Young-(Wireless-Operator)-103-Sqdn-1945

it helps to keep similar subjects together.

have you reviewed the AIR78 index to RAF airmen on the UK National Archvies website to see how many H A Youngs there might have been?

Checking Robinson in that source will be a little more frustrating and probably pointless.

Thanks for the tip. To be clear:
I am asking for info on a specific Sgt B. Robinson (Flight Engineer) 103 Sqdn 1945.
    And a specific Flt/Sgt H.A. Young (Wireless operator) 103 Sqdn 1945.

    Undoubtedly there will be many airmen with the same names;
however, if anyone has info on the above airmen, please reply.

Your positive input will be very much appreciated.

I believe B Robinson is my partners late father Bert
The dates are about right as he finished his initial training in Feb 44
I think he then went to Hemswell ( he did speak of watching the polish squadrons flying in to hemswell)

I can't see another B. Robinson on 103 Sqd. during that time period.
I will appreciate any info you can supply.
Besides any military info, genealogy data is a good place to start.
