Default Spitfire N3164 of 222 Sqn Failed to Return Ops: 8.11.40

According to Aeromilitaria - Spitfire N3164 of 222 Sqn Failed to Return Ops on 8.11.40.

Though I see Spitfire the History has a post 1940 detail on this which is:

    24MU 10-11-39 602S 4-12-39 AST 13-3-40 7OTU 16-7-40 FAC2 24-9-40 Scottish Aviation 53OTU 7-5-41 ros 11-9-41

While Aeromilitaria has marked 'East India Fund Flight' 24MU 10-11-39; 602S 4-1-40 ; 65S 4.1.40; tyre bust on landing and u/c collapsed; 222 Sqn 13.9.40, Failed to Return Ops: 8.11.40

Has anyone got a pilot or other serial for a 222 Sqn lost on this date?

    Thanks

    Paul

According to Foreman's "Battle of Britain: The Forgotten Months" 222 didn't lose any aircraft this day, though they were in combat in the afternoon (13.15 hrs) with 109s over Beachy Head.

EDIT: Franks' FCL confirms that 222 didn't lose any aircraft

I have (from Men of BoB) Breeze RA 54089 unhurt when N3164 FL on fire at Oakley Poultry Farm, (which I believe is at Thundersley Heath, Rayleigh, Essex), after taking off from Martlesham Heath. Fighter Command War Diaries confirms CAT E for one 222S machine on this day.

Sgt Reginald Arthur Breeze (actually 516456) at time he was 54089 (and a F/O) when he was killed on active service while 28.1.45 serving with 51 Repair Unit (Aircraft) (151 RU(A)) which based at Wevelgem, Belgium .
