There were RCAF and RAAF personel on board their files confirm crew lists. Will also be in Chorley.

D M Adams age 19 registered in Wandsworth, London. Interestingly she is listed as KILLED on ACTIVE SERVICE (KOAS). She is on same page of register as a number of civilians
such as Joyce Coy - Died at Putney High Street per CWGC
There was a bombing that date on the street.
From a wiki type page: On 7th November 1943, at just after 9 pm a 500 lb high explosive bomb was released from a lone German bomber. It hit 35 Putney High Street, which was a "Black and White" milk bar, and "The Cinderella Dance Hall" which occupied the upper floors of 31-35 Putney High Street. About 81 people were killed and 254 injured either in the building or as they walked along Putney High Street or waited for buses home

Whittaker Howarth 84645 , an engineering officer attached to AHQ West Africa at RAF Freetown, became dangerously ill at 08:00 hours on 6th November and was admitted to Number 55 general hospital where he died at 19:30 hours the next day of septic pneumonia
