    Default W/o j.m. Huneault r.96905 - rcaf

    Hello All,

I'm after the first names of the abovementioned pilot, a Canadian pilot who was serving with 5 Sqn in FE in October 44.

I'm sure about the first two and last digits of his service number, but have a little doubt on the remaining two.

    Thanks in advance for helping

    Phil

    Hi Phil
Go to Library & Archives Canada's website at: http://www.collectionscanada.gc.ca and click on military records. There's a long list of options on how to obtain them.
Also Legion Magazine has a section called the last post where they list all military personnel and when they passed away. That could be of help.
    Regards
    Dee

The Canada Gazette lists a J. R. R. M. Huneault with the following officer service number: J/90874. I'm gonna look for some more details.

    Hi Fox,

Yes, that's him, the same guy. In 55 OTU ORB there are the same initials associated to him but as an NCO, R.96945.

    Thanks for checking

    Phil
