    Default RAF Innsworth

Cpl Kathleen Mary Dickson WAAF who died 14th February 1943 is buried in Cockermouth Cemetery, Cumbria. The Cockermouth cemetery burial record quotes “Place where death occurred R.A.F Station Hospital Innsworth, Churchdown Road. Gloucester.”

Does this imply that RAF Innsworth had its own hospital?

    Tony,

If you google "RAF Hospital, Innsworth" you will get confirmation that the station housed a wartime hospital.
