Default Blenheim Lost Circus 78, 18 August 1941

Can someone tell me, please, the sqn, serial, circumstances and crew of a 110 or 226 Sqn Blenheim lost into the Channel returning from Circus 78 to Fives-Lille Engineering Works on 18 August 1941?

I believe the aircraft had sustained Flak damage and that the entire crew was lost. Could someone confirm the details, please?

    Thanks
