I cannot find Allen in Flight lists or Aeroplane on Google books: https://books.google.ie/books?id=fl3mAAAAMAAJ

    Aircraftman’s Body in Harbour
The body of a Royal Air Force rating, William Christopher Allen (19), native of County Wexford, Eire, was recovered from Portsmouth Harbour off Gosport pontoon this morning. It appears that Allen, who was placed on special treatment for nervous trouble, came duty at 5.30 yesterday afternoon and went straight to bed without removing his clothing. At nine o’clock he left his quarters and was not seen again until his body was found to-day.

Another young man who took his own life and not listed in Air Ministry lists.
