No. 405 Squadron Operations Record Book for February 1943

The microfilm reel AIR 27/1788 at Kew which covers the ORB of No. 405 Squadron for 1943 starts with the following warning note (which I understand comes from the original volume before microfilming) : "Bound in this volume are copies of Forms 540 & 541 for 403 Squadron, February 1943 : the corresponding forms of the same date for 405 Squadron have been omitted.
H.R. Shelton
11th Jan. 1974."

Does anybody know where I can find the missing month ? Is there a copy somewhere in Canada ?

Hello

I'm actually compiling the first tour of operations of S/L C.W. PALMER, D.F.C., and his flight engineer H.J. ANDERSON and air gunner I.L. "Lucky" LAUCKNER, who were nearing the end of this tour. They flew one last operation in March 1943. I still would like to know where I can lay my hands on the month of February 1943.
