A big ask !

At some time during his stint in Canada (August, 1942 - February, 1944), AUS420644 James Carrall DILLON RAAF, found the need to bale out of his aircraft after his engine caught fire. Dillon served at 1 SFTS, Camp Borden, 1 FIS, Trenton, 1 OTU, Bagotville, another period at Camp Borden, and at 36 OTU, Greenwood. After his initial training, he was retained in Canada on instructional duties. He primarily flew single-engine types ie, Harvards and Hurricanes. l have no idea of the precise date of the bale out, but l tend to think it was later in his service, having received his "Caterpillar Badge", in January, 1944.

Can someone please provide a time/place for Dillon's bale-out ?

Any help appreciated.
