    Default Northolt Sqn Force Landing X 4 10th Jan 1938 601 Sqn?

Can anyone confirm 601 Sqn for the following

Tuesday 11 January 1938 , Dundee Courier , Angus, Scotland
PERIL IN SNOWSTORMS FORGED LANDINGS FOR SAFETY

Four R.A.F. planes from No. ?? Squadron at Northolt, aerodrome flying in formation encountered & sudden snowstorm over Hertfordshire. Two of them landed at Rickmansworth, one King's Langley, and one at Iver, Bucks. The one which came down at Rickmansworth attempted to land
to land in a recreation ground, but ended up in a lane which was blocked. Though the machine was damaged its two occupants escaped unharmed the other planes landed without mishap.

    thanks
