    Default 129 Squadron Casualties, Circus 101, 21 September 1941

    Can anyone assist with providing the following information on 129 Squadron's casualties on Circus 101 on 21 September 1941, please?

    Sqn Ldr Dennis L. Armitage, shot down in Spit Vb, POW - serial only
    Sgt Plt A. Drew, shot down in Spit Vb, baled out in Channel, rescued by ASR - forename and serial

    Fighter Command Losses vol 1 - NLR Franks - shows ARMITAGE in AD122 'Circus. Baled out after attack by a Me109 of JG26'. No serial quoted for DREW (neither does it quote an initial), comment is 'Ditto. Rescued from the sea'.

    I must have an older version of FCL, as mine has no serial for Armitage at all - and no initial or serial for Drew.
