    Default Churchill flights

    Hi
Does anyone ever attmepted to list all Churchill's wartime flights? I was trying to check a particular date, and noticed there is very little on the topic, and his memories not very helpful.

I was after 20 January 1944 (not to be confused with 18 January), but I have noticed the problem in general.

Too early for me, but on the other hand, why not to list all his known flights? I mean, that I have nothing against adding any flights to the thread, but my primary interest is in January 1944.

I have pilot William Vanderkloot's aircrew assignment cards and it documents Special Flights in Churchill's Liberator AL504 from October 1942 to March 1943. The most significant were: Montreal-UK-Cairo-UK-Montreal (Oct 20-Nov 30, 1942) and Montreal-UK-Turkey-UK-Washington-Montreal (Jan 5-Mar 13, 1943), both with a number of additional staging points, plus a couple of shorter trips out of Montreal in between.

I have Churchill returning from Tunisia to Northolt on 5 June 1943, and from Africa to Northolt on 18 January 1944. I do not know if he flew Yorks both times. Then it seems he hopped to Ireland on 19 January, and returned back on 20. He flew to Italu mid-August 1944.
Another noteworthy flight was return from the US on Clipper G-AGCA Berwick, with final landing on 16 January 1942.
    Anything more?
