    Default 108 squadron

There was an old post on a 108 sqdn crash in Northern Ireland 16/03/1942. A Cdn was killed that date name Goodenough , buried Belfast. Would anyone have additional info? Found the info on an Irish crash site, so no additional info required. It was a liberator transferring crew.

    Hello there

you might be refering to my website? http://skynet.ie/~dan/war/al577.htm

The aircraft did not crash in Northern Ireland, it crashed in Ireland, within the 26 counties known as Eire commonly.

    The aircraft was Liberator AL577

What additional info exactly are you seeking??

You can contact the Canadian National Archives and obtain a copy of Goodenough's service file, I already have an extract from it.

Are you a relative of his? I am still seeking to contact relatives of his.

    best regards
