Default Anson M5053, Keswick, Lake District

Again, a loss on the same night as the two others Ive just posted. Can anyone tell me the names of the airmen involved in this crash on Great Dodd in the Lake District.
Micheal Hurst's book makes an error in naming the pilot as W MacKenzie (79491) - the same service number for W Mackiewicz which he credits as lost in Anson DJ275 on the same night. (the latter i believe correct to have been in DJ275)

Who was on board N5093, who died and who survived.

This was a bad night for the Unit, 10 (o)AFU on 9th August 1943.

    thanks, Rich Allenby
