Default Westminster Cathedral air force memorial

I am advised that Westminster Cathedral, London has an RCAF memorial for Catholic Airmen designed by one Edward Wright. It is also reported as including some work by a Canadian nail sculptor, David Partridge.

This particular memorial seems to be a bit of a mystery here in Canada ! As Westminster Cathedral was chosen as the location of a Polish Air Force Memorial as early as 1944, it seems a logical place for other denominational tributes but I suspect that anything resembling the above would be for Imperial or Commonwealth Catholic personnel, rather than strictly RCAF.

It would be appreciated if anyone could provide a photograph of this memorial, text, and any background information as to when it was unveiled. Does the cathedral have a pamphlet about it ?

There are a couple of photos on Flickr, of which this is the better one:

I think this may be the nail sculpture, but I'm not 100% sure:
