    Thelma Joan Shoesmith 2160052 , an ACH/ Wireless operator , attached to Number 13 Radio School, was admitted semi comatose to RAF Hospital Kirkham on 3 June where she died at 15:20 hours in a diabetic coma with her mother at her bedside

    Mollie Isabel Williams 889601 , a radar operator attached to RAF Worth Matravers, died off duty between C and D sites at 21:20 hours of an accidental self inflicted revolver shot

    Henry Cecil Rrobinson 43669 , attached to PHU Morecombe , and a Flight Lieutenant , his rank of acting Squadron Leader relinquished from 7 February 1944 , died in Guys Hospital, London , of acute peritonitis, with his wife , Mrs. A.M.C. Robinson of Austinwood Lane, Gerrard's Cross, at his bedside

    Despite having relinquished his acting rank, on death, retirement, resignation or relinquishment he would generally be permitted to retain his highest rank, so Sqn Ldr on the CWGC is correct.
