Default Nigerian P/O Peter Thomas in RAF

In the film clip linked below, there is mention of a Nigerian who gained his 'wings' and was commissioned as Pilot Officer in the RAF, does anyone have any further information on this gentleman P/O Peter Thomas

    Hi,
P/O E. P. Thomas spent some time as a staff pilot at number 3 Air Gunnery School, and the Martinet seen in the film, HP120, '1', only served with that unit. The clip may very well have been filmed at Mona or Castle Kennedy. He was killed in a Proctor of number 4 Radio School on 12th January 1945 in the Brecon Beacons.
    Thanks for the link.
    Cheers
