    Hi Peter
Just as a start Steede's death is registered at Grantham. There was an airfield just S of Grantham which used the town name, but registrations at Grantham were also made for deaths connected to the nearby Cranwell, an FTS, and it's subsidiary at Barkston Heath. An accident to a/c from these places at the right time might be what you are looking for but I don't have a suitable record to hand.
    Regards

I would suggest Oxford AP459 which USL at Fulbeck on this date. Fulbeck is within Grantham's registration district.

    Hi Henk
Your 3 don't come up on the Death registers that I can search, but I can't get them to appear on CWGC either

    Henk,

all these three registered at Dover. Can suggest Blenheim T1951 that crashed at Sheperdswell, within the Dover registration area.

    Dave,
They were an obs and two wop/ag's. May there have been a number four at the controls ?
