3008479 Aircraftman 2nd Class Charles Henry RIMAN
The International Bomber Command Losses Database indicates that AC2 Riman was one of seven airmen killed by an explosion while ground crew were removing the bomb load of a Lancaster after an aborted mission to Le Havre on 9 September 1944.

Charles Henry RIMAN is registered in Cambridge - possibly injured and died hospital ? - but as I said all others known to have been killed on bomb explosion of Lancaster ND978 at RAF Upwood - are registered Huntingdon
Need to see if RIMAN KOAS and all rest KOAS ?

Charles Henry Riman 3008479 , attached to 33 Base , was found drowned in the River Cam at 07:45 Hours, his body being removed to Mill County hospital, his death was ruled accidental.

Charles Edward Phillips 1871719 , attached to Number 6 Filter Room, died of an illiopsoas abscess
