    889112 Sgt Jane Grant BEGGS WAAF.

    889112 Sgt (Cook) Jane Grant BEGGS WAAF - Acklington, Northumberland, Air Defence of Great Britain. Died 2 October, 1944 in a road accident. Died of injuries sustained when the brakes on her bicycle failed when cycling down a hill at Warkworth Village, Northumberland. Age 43.
