I'm trying to trace the Merlin engine to N2649 - It used to be in a private garden in Marden ( Kent) before the wife of the owner demanded it was removed .

It was taken away by a man called "Smith " ( aren't they all !! ??) who collected it on behalf of an upcoming Biggin Hill Museum - yet to open (!)

Anybody got any ideas ?
