IWM Collections hold a photo of a 62 Sqn Hudson, cf.
http://www.iwm.org.uk/collections/item/object/205207683

on the left side of the front fuselage a shield is painted showing as far as I can tell clock-wise from the top left quarter a kangaroo, a shamrock, big ben and in the top right corner what could be a bush hat (not sure). There is a crown on top and a text (which is not the squadron motto) below. It could represent different part of the Commonwealth.

Any ideas about the significance of this, the text etc?
