The RCAF Record Card for Anson 8415 lists the crash date as 12 November 1944, it was probably a night flight.

EGLINTON and HODGSON - lost in the crash of a Baltimore. There's the story here:

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/ww2peopleswar/s...a3430630.shtml

The RAF Deaths Overseas lists them only as 'Gianaclis'. Anyone got a unit or an ID for the Baltimore?Regards

    Hi Simon

    Thanks for these updates

I assume Weir and Webster survived and was AC3 a typing error or is that what the website states?

    Hi Malcolm
