Default loss 10 Squadron Halifax LV881 Nürnberg Raid 30-31 March 1944

    Dear all,

I'm trying to find more information about the loss of 10 Squadron Halifax LV881 during the Nürnberg Raid of 30-31 March 1944. I do have the info from Chorley's 1944 volume, but would be very interested in the three survivors accounts (WO2 W.S. Norris RCAF, F/Sgt. N. Wilmot and Sgt. A.D. Lawes), and if possible a photo of the crew and of LV881, for use in the Nachtjagd War Diaries 2nd edition.

Cheers and thanks for any info, Theo

Hi Theo - perhaps an email to the funeral directors, and ask that they forward it to the family, asking that they (the family) get in contact with you? It's worked for me in the past :-)

    All the best,

    Greg
