I am pleased to advise that my website, "The Pilots of 41 Squadron RAF, 1939-1945", has now been expanded to encompass biographical data on every pilot from 1916-1946, totalling around 700 men.

I have also changed the web address to http://brew.clients.ch/41sqnraf.htm, and re-titled it, "41 (F) Squadron RAF at War and Peace, April 1916-March 1946". If you visit the old home page (http://brew.clients.ch/raf41sqdn.htm), you will automatically be directed to the new site. Please bookmark the new web address.

Whilst my data on the pilots from April 1916 to August 1939, and June 1945 to March 1946, is by no means complete, the data for September 1939-May 1945 has now been updated to encompass all the additional detail provided in "Blood, Sweat and Courage" (41 Sqn 1939-42, out in Nov 2014) and "Blood, Sweat and Valour" (41 Sqn 1942-45, published Dec 2012).

I generally have more data on the pilots offline than is included on the website, but I am constantly on the look-out for more information on all these men. If you have any information you would be prepared to share with me, particularly in regard to pilots of 1916-1939 and 1945-1946, I would be happy to hear from you, please.

Besides biographical data on pilots, the website now also includes lists of Officers Commanding, Prisoners of War, Aircraft, Base Locations, and a Roll of Honour for 1916-1946, plus biographical detail on key ground staff during 1939-1945.

I hope the site provides additional information on pilots you are researching. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact me via the website.

Regards
Steve
