Ten aircraft operated against ESSEN, and two againts BOULOGNE. Pilots in the ESSEN sortie were S/Ldr. Roberts, S/Ldr. Fielden, P/O. Heyworth, P/O. Faint, Sgt. Finnis, Sgt Elseon, Sgt Duder, Sgt Tothill, S/Ldr Edinger, P/O Geary. The Pilots in the BOULOGE sortie were Sgt. Voller and P/O Khosla. One aircraft abandon mission - P/O Faint - due to electrical shortage and intercommunication failure. From the BOULOGEN raid, one aircraft is missing - P/O Khosla and crew (P/O Dastur, Sgt Clark, Sgt Lewis, Sgt Wolff, Sgt Russell). 93 airmen carried out Rifle practice on the 25 yards Range

    Target: Bombing at BOULOGNE
    Takeoff: 2120 hrs
Bomb Load: Fourteen 250 lb GP. (GP = General Purpose)
Target Info: Target Boulougne. Bombs aimed at centre of target area (this info from the other aircraft in the mission that returned to base)
Now my question. I have been trying to identify photos of Khosla and Dastur. Infact I have a photo with six possibilities - but do not know who is who. Does anyone have a photo of Indian Aircrew from 12 Squadron dating from this time?

From my end I am sure Khosla and Dastur are atleast two of the below numbered 1 to 6. But i dont know who is who.. There are three photos of each of the six below..

Default Re: Wellington W5577 PH-U loss 31 August 1941 at Dieppe (Photos of Crew)

A discovery of a course photo, last year, with names written by the owner - have revealed the faces of Dastur and Khosla

No.5 in the photo above is Pilot Officer R.N.Dastur RIAF
No.4 in the photo above is Pilot Officer C.P.Khosla RIAF

I also have the AIR81 file related to the above airmen, while it does not have any photos, there is a lot of correspondence on the recovery of the remains of the three airmen and the subsequent re-location of the graves .
