Default Czech RAF airmen monument under threat

I hope nobody does not mind the post.
I have just received this information. Prague authorities try to remove the monument under the 'heritage protection' argument, though it is believed to be a political one.
    Please, get it spread.

    Dear Franek
Having read the link you have posted, may I suggest that you contact Nicholas Soames at the following link:

It may be possible to raise the issue through the proper political channels via the House of Commons. I doubt if anyone will listen to us mere mortals. We do pay our MPs large salaries. Once in a while they ought to work for it.
I hope that my statement does not offend any other British tax payer.
On a brighter side may I suggest that everyone watch the following link which goes a little way to showing the gratitude we should be paying to non-British RAF pilots.

For Forum members who are not British and do not have young children of grandchildren, this is a series that educates 6-12 year olds through comic sketches and songs. Some call it brainwashing..... but it works.
    Best wishes

Thanks for the suggestion, I shall try it. Nonetheless, we, mortals, we make numbers. It makes an impression, and it really makes an impression, if people from around the world show their interest in things in such a 'remote place'. Every vote maters, I would say, especially as it is 'our' business.
