I have drawn more recently on the "Air of Authority" website. Although most names appear in such places as "Aeroplane", some of the 1933 names appear (at the moment) only on "Air of Authority" lists, and I do not know their source, or any details beyond what that site reveals. The names in question are:
BOND, G.G., (4 February 1933)
BULLYMENT, John Frederick, LAC (8 August 1933)
HOWARD, J.A., (23 September 1933)
MARSH, B.W., AC1 (7 October 1933)
One may note some other puzzles as one reads the names:

STOCKS, Charles, AC1 (509742) - Killed 3 January 1933 - “lost his life while descending by parachute from an aeroplane in which he was passenger.” During formation practice near Amman, Jordan, Fairey Gordon aircraft of No.14 Squadron collided with another aircraft which landed safely; pilot, F/L Richard Llewellyn Roger Atcherley landed safely and uninjured.
ARMSTRONG, John Laurance, F/O - Killed 4 January 1933 at North Heath or Norton Heath, near Ongar, in a Bulldog of No.111 (Fighter) Squadron. He was testing machine and was an experienced pilot. “Charles Weeden said that he saw the machine loop and as it came out of the clouds three pieees fell from the tail. Sidney Epps says that he saw the machine loop and after it had done so it went upside down towards the ground at a terrific rate. As it started to loop he noticed a flash from the centre of the machine followed by a thick cloud of smoke. He saw nothing fall from the machine. Police Constable Tupman said that part of the wing was found a quarter of a mile away.” Aeroplane, 11 January 1933. Inquest jury returned verdict of “Death by Misadventure”. Editor wrote, “From the foregoing the evidence shows as so often happens that non-technical observers of an accident disagree.”

The noise circled round them twice and then they saw a machine coming straight towards them. Apparently the pilot saw them and swerved away from them. It went round the back of a hayrick and seemed to be rising again. Then they heard a crash and the noise of the engine stopped. They found the wreckage burning furiously a few minutes later and a man in uniform walking about. He was badly burned and asked for a telephone. An ash tree had been struck and the top of it cut off.
