    BELGIUM
SCHOMBROOD(T)/SCHOONBROODT, M or J - 161712 ?? Initially buried on the property of the Annunciades Sisters at Heverlee, Belgium.Back then the school run by the Annunciades served as Nr. 101 British General Hospital.

With regard to the service number - 161712.
Only one that comes up is -
Pvt John Henry Hill 16/712 - Royal Warwickshire Regiment - 27/07/1916 - Thiepval Memorial.
    As for the name -
    Close names found were -
    SCHOONER - three from WW1.
    SCHONHARDT - one from WW1.
    SCHONEWOLD - one from WW1.
So would it be possible that the remains were of a WW1 soldier that was originally laid to rest in the property ??

Cannot seem to find Phillips but there is a page missing from Flight magazines in May, I have it somewhere from the times.

Cannot see McBeath listed but if his death cert doesn't mention him being RAF maybe he was discharged at the time and not appearing in the Cas Comm's

T S Brotherstone was listed as Died of wounds or injuries received on active service.

    Cpl T J Walker is DOAS CAsComm502
