    Default German loss near Lossimouth

    I hope someone can help.

I am trying to trace details of a German aircraft which came down at Birnie near Elgin.
I have no date, but possible 1941/42
But strangely I have the location

    Thank you in advance

    Dave,

Many thanks, It looks like the most probable. Crashed after a raid on Lossiemouth, unsure as to whether AA or explosion from its own bombs brought it down.

    Regards

    Hi Dave,
It would appear from the death certificates and burial records that this aircraft crashed on the Lossiemouth airfield.
    I need to keep looking

    Regards

    Chris
