    Is it a mistake?

    28/01/1945 Mosquito KB153 of 16 OTU spun into the ground near Barford St John following a port engine failure. F/Lt J M Richardson, Australian and F/Lt L A Butcher DFC were both killed.
    Where is the truth?

    Wilfred Llewellyn Whitby 53260 , an armaments officer attached to 70 Squadron, died of injuries sustained the previous day in an accidental tent fire

    Samuel Pollock 1604794 , attached to Number 4 SOTT , was taken dangerously ill on 25 January and admitted to RAF Hospital St. Athan where he died of scarlet fever

    John William White 1004581 , a medically discharged airman at the time of his death, but who had been serving as a nursing orderly attached to 260 Squadron, was struck by a lorry at Marble Arch in London on 25 December 1942 and spent extended periods in both RAF and civillian hospitals before discharge from the RAF on 26 August 1943. Sadly dying of the direct effects of his injuries nearly 3 years later

    Ivor Norman Locke 66673 , attached to 307 MU , died in the British Military hospital, Lahore of an obscure toxic condition, he had served as Admin Officer since 3 September 1943
