    Default 272 Squadron loss

A relative has contacted me, I am trying to find out any information on the loss of a 272 squadron crew.
I know that they were flying a Beaufighter out of Réghaïa. They were lost on a trapper patrol on the 11th May 1944.
Pilot: Fl/Sgt. Raymond Rowell 1390468 RAFVR, Navigator: Fl/Sgt. Roy Satchell 1322968 RAFVR. Both remembered on the Malta Memorial.
Does anyone know the details of this trapper patrol and also perhaps the serial number of the aircraft?
Would appreciate any assistance on this.
    Many thanks, Kelvin

Only 272s loss on this date (from ABS) is:

Beaufighter X {LX882} (in vicinity of Menorca)

Many thanks for this DG, very much appreciated - can you please advise what is a 'trapper' patrol if known?
