Using AIR 78 & the LG I've got the following:

Gerald Albert Douglas Imeson 101483 (LG)
Redmond Charles Carroll 69467 (LG)
Vincent Ivor Bowden (AIR 78/19)

I've not downloaded the AIR 78 doc which contains Parkington.

Ritchie appears on a RNZAF forum (http://rnzaf.proboards.com/thread/13491) with the name James Robertson Ritchie. When I found that thread it wouldn't load properly so I could get to the post with his full name. Now it's loaded I see it was Errol who posted his full name and service number.
