Bomber Crew Photos

This may be a silly question, but were Crew photos something that the RAF/RCAF took (and hopefully saved), or were they private shots that the crew members did?

Hi David, I would say in most cases it was privat shots only.
Possibly the crew photos taken during OTU etc. training might be official onces when you see them with the course numbers etc.
