Alex

Hello,
This is my first post here. I just discovered your forum while searching for information on my Uncle Ern. He is listed above under UK. All I know is that he was my Mother's older brother and his plane went down on 14.2.44 in the Irish Sea. This was all I knew until this past week when I found out that the name of the plane was possibly Halifax and 10 people died in that crash. I am researching his past but cannot find Service Records or anything unfortunately. I have his Medals that my Aunt ordered in the 1980's. If any of you could help me obtain any info on my Uncle it would be greatly appreciated and I will share any of his past that I know that I can that will help you.
Thanks in advance.
Cheers
b.
