    Default Halifax HR871

    G'day Chaps

Just curious if anyone on board could tell me if Halifax HR871 was indeed a B. Mk. II Srs. 1 or otherwise.

I leant my Handley Page production book a few years ago and it sprung wings and disappeared. I don't trust anything on the internet enough to use that as a sole source.

Secondly, would there be a snowball's chance in hell that someone may have a photo of this particular Hallibag?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

    Cheers...Chris

If it helps, the movement cards for No. 35 Squadron HR866, HR873 and HR876 show Halifax MKII Series IA

    G'day Pete

It would stand top reason that HR871 is a Mk. II Srs. IA.

Thanks for your time, much appreciated.

    Cheers...Chris
