Default Marauder in the RAF service

    Hi all,

I would like to what was the most common number of crewmembers for RAF Marauders?
What I was able to find out is that it can be crewed from five to seven airmen and RAF squadrons had used six?
    Is this information correct?

    TIA

Some years ago a history of 39Sqn was privately published by Peter Hatcher titled "Partisan Wings - the Biferno Journal". It included crew lists and a large number of photos of aircraft crews most of which include six members but for unexplained reasons a few have five members or seven members.

14 Sqn crews nearly only had six members as far as I can see from the ORB. Mikkel
