Has anyone got a copy of this?

On May 16th 1939 Battle K9470 of 35 Sqn flown by F/O James Paine #39470 was on a Direction Finding Homing exercise from Wyton to Waddington. When the pilot 'waggled wings" to attract the WT operators attention (as the RT was unable to be used when the WT duties were being carried out by operator) the WT Operator assumed the aircraft was out of control and abandoned the aircraft by parachute. The aircraft was landed OK

The W/T operator is un-named, but as this occurred "Over Waddington" I wonder if he is named in the Waddington ORB
