On 13 October, 1945, W/O (Clerk Pay) Godfrey Douglas DAWSON RAAF(of RAAF Headquarters, Melbourne) and his wife, Lillian, accidentally drowned at Gunnawarra Station, Mount Garnet, North Queensland, 100 miles from Cairns.

30687 AC1 (Trainee Electrician) John Alfred Livingstone GOUGH RAAF (ex-No.1 School of Technical Training, Exhibition Building, Carlton, Victoria) was officially discharged as medically unfit for further service, on 24 February, 1942. John Gough passed away at the Caulfield Repatriation Hospital, Caulfield, Victoria, from the effects of Tuberculosis, on 13 October, 1945.
