Default Temp Sergeant William Rule Crawford

Hi folks this is my first post so forgive me if I post in the wrong place.

I have just received my late grandad's service record back from the RAF and am having a little trouble with reading some of the handwriting. I will put the doc online and link to it.

    Regards
    Scott

Joined up in 1937. Spent time at Uxbridge, Mildenhall, Hucknall, 18th Balloon Centre Glasgow. A couple of places I then cannot make out. Nutts Corner, Credenhill, Davidstowe Moor and then onto the 4th COTU. He retired out in 1946 while living in Billingham, Durham before returning home to Glasgow. My gran was in the 18th Balloon Centre and they must have met there and married in 1940

So I guess my questions are

    1. What is the 13th MU? Still at the balloon centre as dates coincide with his wedding on 28th Dec 1940?

    2. What is the place that looks like Longshaw?
    3. The place under that beginning with a D?
    4. Where in Durham would the 4th COTU been based?
    5. Reason codes X, B etc?
