Default Fleet Air Arm Observers in Bomber Command

In early 1943 six (as far as I know) Fleet Air Arm Observers were seconded to Bomber Command for the purpose of identifying German ships during bomber operations on ships and harbours. I have three names, probably the most well - known being Sub-Lieutenant Gerard Muttrie who flew as bomb aimer to Guy Gibson on 106 Squadron. Others were Sub-Lieutenants Edgar Lee, V W Jaffray, and P M McGrath, also with 106 Squadron. Three were killed including Muttrie and McGrath.

    I am wondering the following:

    1) Were all six seconded to 106 Squadron?
    2) Can anyone confirm the full names of Jaffray and the others?

    Many thanks
