    Default Sgt Antony G Evans - 1653071 - Died 5/3/45 - 114 Sqd

    Hi again,

    Another of my as per now usual requests:

    Base;

    Aircraft Flown;

    Serial No and Code;

    Possible Crash site.

    The above airman is buried in Padua War Cemetery, italy. If anyone has information about RAF losses in Italy then any feedback concerning Sgt Evans will be greatfully received.

    Cheers.

    Steve.

    Sgt Evans is one of 4 airmen from 114 Sqn lost on 5/3/45.
    He is buried in Padua Cemetery, Italy.
    The other 3 have no known grave and are listed on the Malta Memorial.
    At the time of the loss 114 Squadron were using Boston IV's and were based at Falconara, Italy with a detachment at Perugia.
    Boston IV BZ513 is listed in AB as with 114 Sqn and missing on night intruder mission 6.3.45.
