Default Sgt JGK Myers* Co-Pilot 115 Sqn RAF Marham Norfolk died 09.12.40

    Hello,

On behalf of a relative of the above airman I am trying to find a photograph of him or of his crew.
He was posted in to 115 Sqn from 20 OTU on the 22.10.40. He completed I think 3 operations.
On completing the sortie 'Operation Bordeaux' he alighted from Wellington Ic 'G' L7895 &
walked into the revolving port prop & died of his injuries shortly after. His crew were:-

    P/O Bois (Captain)
    Sgt JGK Myers (Co Pilot)*
    P/O MacDonald (Nav)
    Sgt Livingstone (WoP)
    Sgt Longdon (WoP/A/G)
    Sgt Pryor (R/G)

    Many thanks,

    Rol

    Hello,

My father was the Sgt Livingstone of that crew. Sorry I can't help your client for all sorts of reasons, but I do not know of any picture of my father or of the crew from his time in No. 115 Sqn. I visited RAF Marham several years ago and found piles of old aircrew photos from the war, but few had any means of identification. My father never mentioned anything about Sgt Myers or his accident, but then he rarely said anything about the war.
