Thanks for the list - I notice that both

Krupa Witold and Ratajczak Alojzy are not on the 'main list' unless I have missed them!

This thread is now a 'sticky': thanks to the list posted by James there is now a 'Work in Progress' source of names for members to add to/comment on/challenge, and there are already a few bits of information that have surfaced.
One thing to bear in mind, and I know it is not news to most of us, is that the Club changed in focus and purpose as time passed and membership took on a greater significance in later years. There are no conspiracy theories here but there may be contradictions, such as how someone got on the list and some else didn't, so there may be a few things to unravel.

May I suggest, that one of the person (James?) would handle the data, and prepare a single data sheet? I would appreciate a hint what information would be necessary, apart of full name and service number.

    Dear All
I am very pleased that this thread has generated so much interest. Due to work committments and other research, may I open this to anyone on the Forum who may like to collate the information for all to share? Having spent the night in a ward very close to this memorial a few years ago, I just thought it was overdue to share such a comprehensive list.
Franek, I believe that Jan Black was at the recent reunion. I was told that he changed his name by deed poll as no one over here could pronounce his proper name. Sorry, that is the Brits for you.
    Best wishes
    James
