This aircraft crashed on23rd August 1946 at Lawshall, Suffolk. The accident was put down to pilot error and that is clear in all references to the loss - but, can anyone please tell me the circumstances leading up to this accident.

The aircraft was in the circuit to land but the pilot allowed the speed to decay and the aircraft stalled and at too low a height for recovery.

The crew killed were: Fg Off Z Z C DABROWSKI 33, Flt Lt N MATYLIS 33 and F/Sgt S MICHALAK 38

The crew and aircraft were from 304 Sqn
