    Default Avro 504N J9429

    Hi all,

I am seeking the history of this a/c, in particular a crash in Northumberland August 1930 (a/c landed in a field and turned upside down).

The aircraft was was with 5 FTS from May 1929 - December 1930.

    Any information would be appreciated

    Regards

    Chris

    Hi all,

Small technical error, the a/c serial is J9425 (not J9429)

Does anyone have a copy of the 5FTS ORB for May to December 1930?

    Thank you

    Hi Ian,

I have the J Serials, it would appear it was with 5FTS until 1931

    Help required,

I have tried to navigate The National Archives website for any information for ORB's foe 5 FTS and RAF Station Sealand and failed.
All that comes up is RAF Sealand mid 1950s and 1960s.

Any advice to assist my search please

    Regards
    Chris
