Brown, Frank - AC2c - 1821343 - the CWGC has Frank Edward Brown. Can't see him on Scotland's People.

    Regards

    Simon

EDIT - that's because he died in 1946! I thought I'd try a year either way, and lo and behold there he is. This is confirmed in the Dundee Courier of November 25th 1946:

BROWN - at Glenlomond Sanatorium, on Nov. 23, 1946, Frank Edward Brown, aged 21 years, dearly beloved son of Mr and Mrs Robert Brown, 1 Maryfield Crescent, Leslie.

The Scotland's People entry states that he died of Pulmonary TB.
